The petitioners have preferred this petition challenging the order dated 13.02.2018 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad in L.A.R. No.33/2007.

On due consideration of submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the light of the order passed by the Trial Court, I am of the view that no case is made out to call for interference in the exercise of jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The learned Judge of the trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the reference and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months.
