The learned AGP has placed before us an affidavit in reply filed by Shri Mohan Desale, Education Officer, Secondary dated 04.10.2022. Annexed to the affidavit is the order passed by the said Education Officer dated 30.09.2022. Noticing several deficiencies, the proposal forwarded by the Management has been rejected. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will now file a specific petition for assailing the order dated 30.09.2022, on it'

s own merits.
