Learned advocate Mr. Kulkarni for the respondent No. 3 in Contempt Petition No. 100/2019 submits that the original officers who have been named in the Contempt Petitions are no longer serving on that post. However, their successors who are present in the Court are willing to file the affidavits demonstrating steps being taken pursuant to the directions of this Court in the orders of which contempt is being alleged. He submits that the affidavits would be filed in Contempt Petition No. 100/2019. Leave granted. 1/2

Learned advocate Mrs. Deshpande submits that she is filing affidavits on behalf of the Special Land Acquisition Officer cum Sub Divisional Officer in Contempt Petition Nos. 102/2019, 109/2019, 110/2019, 117/2019 and 236/2017. Leave granted.

Even learned advocate Mr. Ganachari who appears for the Zilla Parishad in Contempt Petition nos. 102/2019 and 109/2019 tenders across the Bar affidavit in reply.

Learned advocate Mr. Dasalkar submits that a similar affidavit on behalf of the Zilla Parishad has been filed in Contempt Petition No. 117/2019.

Learned advocate Mrs. Deshpande submits that the Special Land Acquisition Officer would pass final award within four months. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. 7.

All these five Contempt Petitions (Contempt Petition Nos. 102/2019, 109/2019, 110/2019, 117/2019 and 236/2017) are disposed of with direction to the Special land Acquisition Officer to pass the final award as expeditiously as possible and in any event within four months from today. Leave granted to amend the Contempt Petition No. 141/2019. Amendment to be carried out within one week.

Issue simple notice to the party to be added in Contempt Petition No. 141/2019, returnable on 05.07.2023.
