The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the proposal seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Assistant Commissioner Social Welfare since 2016. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner (page no. 29) is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
