We have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Advocate for respondent No. 4 Corporation, along with the learned A.G.P. for Respondent-State. With their assistance, we have perused the prayers. 2.

The petitioners have a statutory efficacious remedy by preferring an appeal under Section 406 of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1949, to the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division and a second appeal before the learned District Judge. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners, to avail the statutory remedies as are permissible in law. The time spent by the petitioners in this Court
