Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that Applicant/Wife is residing at Aurangabad whereas Respondent/Husband has filed marriage petition bearing Petition No. A-1693/2023 before Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. According to him, considering the fact that the Applicant is residing at Aurangabad it would be in the interest of justice to transfer the said proceeding at Aurangabad.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions,records no objection for transfer of proceedings as prayed.

In view of above, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', which reads thus:
