Mr.Tambe, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed a proposal seeking permission to fill in the post as per G.R.dated 18.8.2004. The said proposal is moved to Respondent No.3.

Mr.Shelke, learned counsel submits that Respondent No.3 has forwarded the said proposal to the Respondent No.2 and it is for the Respondent No.2 to take decision.

Mr.Adwant, learned counsel appears for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

As the said proposal is still pending with the Respondent No.2, we are not entering into the merits of the matter. The Respondent No.2 shall decide the proposal of the petitioner forwarded through Respondent No.3 expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months on its own merits in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
