PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.6 has tendered across Bar the additional affidavit in reply. Same is taken on record. Para 4 of the said affidavit in reply reads thus :- "4.

I say and submits that, I undertake to arrange the funds and also make the payment of the salary dues of the petitioners within a period of three months and as such the deponent prays that, period of three months be given to the deponent."

In view of the statement aforementioned in para 4, the Petition stands disposed of.

Needless to observe that, prohibitory order passed on 23rd September, 2015 stands vacated.
