Minutes of the consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The consent terms are signed by the parties and their respective counsel. The signatures of the parties are identified by their respective Advocates.
WP 4272/06 - 2 - 3] Writ Petition No.4272/2006 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms with the clarification that the respondent nos.1 and 2 are not parties to these consent terms and thus these consent terms will not be binding on the respondent nos.1 & 2. If any claim is made by the management for receiving 100% grant-in-aid pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent nos.3 & 4, the said claim may be considered by the respondent nos.1 & 2 on its own merits. In view of disposal of writ petition, all pending civil applications, if any, are disposed of. No order as to costs.
