The learned A.P.P. submits that the respondent (original accused) is reported to be dead. The death certificate of the respondent is produced on record

910_APEAL13213 alongwith the purshis filed on behalf of the deceased - respondent. Accordingly, the respondent is stated to have died on 11th July, 2017.

Since the respondent is expired, the appeal stood abated against him. The proceeding is closed. 4.

Criminal Application No. 6514 of 2013 filed by the deceased - respondent also stands abated and disposed off accordingly.
