The learned Advocate for the respondent/corporation has placed on record copy of communication dated 01.09.2025 in respect of each of the petitioner. The corporation has already exempted the properties of the respective petitioners from payment of property tax. The said letter is signed by the Assistant Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Center No.06 and Deputy Commissioner, Taxes.

Considering the above, this Court find that both the petitions have been rendered infructuous. On this the learned Advocate for the petitioner informs that for the present the exemption is granted till Narwade/

961-wp-3225 and 3221.odt 31.03.2026 which ought to have been permanent. So far as this aspect, it is open for the petitioner to pursue the authorities. 4.

Considering above, Writ Petitions stand disposed of as infructuous.
