This is an application seeking permission to separate the Criminal Appeal No.540 of 2019 and to be registered separately by the Registry. However, it is pointed out that this Court by order dated 03.04.2023 in Criminal Application No.618 of 2023 filed by another accused, namely, Raghunath Deore has already allowed his prayer in that application whereby he had sought permission to file a separate appeal. 02.

In view of above, Criminal Appeal No.540 of 2019 remains only to the extent of present applicant. In view of this, present Criminal Application No.1029 of 2023 becomes infructuous and same is disposed off accordingly.
