This is an application moved for fixing date of hearing in Criminal Appeal No. 339/2014. It is the case of the appellants that though he is acquitted from the offences under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) r.w. 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, he is not getting pension and other service benefits because of pendency of this appeal. It is further submitted that his age is of 70 years and in his old age he is in dire need of pensionery and other benefit. 2.

Considering this aspect, fix the matter for hearing on board dated 27.04.2023.
