The petitioner is objecting for inclusion of names of certain voters in either Ward No.2 or 3. The petitioner is not the person who is affected by virtue of such change. The petition is presented on the basis of the apprehension harboured by the petitioner in respect of his future political prospects and, as such, no interference need to be caused in the action taken by the respondents in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
