PER COURT :- The petitioner is objecting to acceptance of nomination papers presented by respondents No.5 to 11 on the ground that those respondents are not eligible to contest the elections since they belong to category of non borrower members. It is noticed that, programme of election is at an advanced stage and recording of votes is prescribed on 5.4.2015. In this view of the matter and on consideration of the principles laid down in the matter of Shri Sant Sadguru Janardhan Swami (Mounigiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha and another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others reported in (2001) 8 SCC 509, no interference need be caused in the on-going process of election. Writ petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
