Enhancement is not more than four times of the amount awarded by the S.L.A.O. The applicants are, therefore, permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking.

Out of the amount deposited in this Court, the amount to the extent of 80% only, be transferred to Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner, Dist. Ahmednagar, for being paid to the applicants/claimants there.
