Having regard to the reasons for condonation of delay in fling Civil Appication have not been seriously challenged, we consider it appropriate to condone delay and allow application. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. 4.

Office obcections be removed within a period of sio weeks. In case of non removal of office obcections within the stipulated period, the order impugned in the present application stand revived.
