Heard the learned A.G.P. for the applicant and learned Advocate appearing for the respondent. 2.

There is delay of 291 days caused in filing the First Appeal against the award dated 28.02.2019 passed in L.A.R. No.270/2012.

The learned A.G.P. points out that delay caused in filing the First Appeal is on account of administrative reasons. 4.

Considering the submissions and reasons as stated in paragraph nos.3 to 6 of the application, apparently delay is occasioned on account of administrative reason. Hence, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order:

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 291 days caused in filing the First Appeal is hereby condoned.
