Heard. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the common order dated 8/11/2021, passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, invalidating the caste claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe. The petitioner is the blood relative of one Harshal Babu Shinde and Veankatesh Babruwan Shinde, who had also assailed the said common order dated 8/11/2021, by filing Writ Petition

Writ Petition No.3889/2022 :: 2 ::

No.268/2022 and Writ Petition No.3940/2022, and this Court, by order dated 7/9/2023, has set aside the said common order, which is impugned in this Writ Petition, and has directed to issue caste validity certificates to the said petitioners. 2.

The learned A.G.P. does not dispute the said fact and also does not dispute the relationship of those petitioners with the present petitioner. Considering the same, we are adopting the same mode by setting aside the impugned order. Hence the order :

O R D E R

(i) The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

(ii) The respondent Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue certificate of validity to the petitioner as belonging to "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe, which shall be subject to final outcome of the matters which the Committee has reopened of the validity holders.
