This is the Application for cancellation of Non Bailable Warrant issued against the sole Respondent in the Appeal by order dated 25.02.2025.

The Criminal Appeal is filed by the State against the acquittal of the sole Respondent. Since the Respondent was not appearing, this Court had issued Non Bailable Warrant against him. Today, the Respondent sole is personally present before this Court along with learned Advocate.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Non Bailable Warrant issued against Respondent sole is cancelled and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
