Learned advocate for the applicant submits that amount of Rs.22,55,000/- had been deposited in this court in first appeal No.1844 of 2014 pursuant to order dated 12th November, 2014 without prejudice to the rights of the parties. Subsequently, with the enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of the district court, the first appeal has been transferred to the district court. 2.

In the circumstances, amount deposited pursuant to order dated 12th November, 2014 in civil application No.10615 of 2014 be transferred to concerned district court.
