The applicant, while granting bail, was directed not to enter Taluka Naigaon. The applicant's work place is in that Taluka. The applicant did not enter that Taluka because of the said condition for last three and half years. As a result, he had to exhaust his entire leave.

On enquiry, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the job of the applicant is not transferable and his work place is in Naigaon Taluka only. Learned counsel submits that the applicant has to enter the said Taluka to resume his duties.

It is informed that the trial is on the verge of completion. 5.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).
