The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which is 80% of the impugned award amount. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant placed on record copy of the order dated 25.7.2022 whereby this Court in other connected matters has granted withdrawal of the said 80% amount to the applicants therein.

As such, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid 80% deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and remaining 30% on furnishing solvent surety / security alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
