Mr. Dande, learned AGP seeks extension of time to deposit the amount as per orders passed earlier by this Court. Mr. Dande invited my attention to the letter dated 25.02.2021 addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad informing that necessary amount has been sanctioned and the same needs to be deposited in the High Court.

In view of the above submissions, two weeks time is hereby extended to deposit the amount as per orders passed earlier by this Court.
