We have heard Mr Kazi, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Petitioner prays for direction against the respondents to reserve seat from 106-Phulambri Legislative Assembly Constituency for Scheduled Caste category candidates.

The writ petition does not contain details of population of Scheduled Caste persons so also of the rotation policy. The petition bereft of such details cannot be entertained. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to take proper steps, as may be permissible in law.
