Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.
Considering the grievance raised in the petition being a limited one, the petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mrs. Diggikar, learned Counsel waives for respondent No. 3. 4.
The petitioner has submitted representation to respondent No. 3. It is submitted in the representation that in spite of repeated requests to the authorities, no decision is taken on the monetary claims of the petitioner, such as, leave encashment, provident fund amount and other service benefits. It is then submitted that due to advanced age, the petitioner is facing some difficulties in his movements, as such, he is desirous of an early decision of the representation.

In view of the aforesaid facts, respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28th January, 2019, as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court. Registry to issue authenticated copy of this order to the petitioner and respondent No.3.
