DATE : APRIL 08, 2025 ORDER :- The applicants - State authorities have filed this application for direction to the Registry of the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad, for accepting the amount of compensation in Civil Suit No.528 of 2018.

Learned counsel for respondent no.4 in the main Writ Petition, objected the same, on the ground that his client is not a party to the said Civil Suit and therefore, he will not be having any opportunity of getting his rights decided in the said suit. He, however, consented for deposit of the said amount with this Court. Learned AGP also accepted the same.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of with a direction to the applicants, who are original respondent nos.1 and 2, to deposit the amount of compensation in this Court, within a period of six weeks.
