This Application is filed by Appellant to bring LR's of deceased Respondent No. 2-A and 3-A-iv on record. It is contended by the Appellant that on the basis of balief report dated 06.02.2023 Appellant got knowledge about the death of these Respondents. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that notice are already issued in C.A. No. 4504/2021 and hence, if this application is allowed and LR's of deceased Respondents are brought on record, no prejudice will be caused to them.

In view of the above, Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses B, C & D. Amendment
