The present application is filed by the respondent in C.A. No. 9699 of 2015. By the Order dated 29/02/2016, this Court condoned the delay caused in filing Appeal by the acquiring body. This Court considered the matter on merits. One circumstance was brought to the notice of this Court that in R.D. No. 87/2007, when one Officer of acquiring body, though of other place, was added as party respondent, the same was objected and so the said officer was deleted. Other circumstances are already considered by this Court. The main circumstance which was considered by this Court is in reference to the acquiring body, the party - respondent in the proceeding and on that basis the application was allowed. It can not be said that something was not considered by this Court which the original claimant from the Reference wants to show to this Court.

In view of these circumstances, Review Applications stand rejected.
