Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service for all the respondents.

The petitioner is seeking a direction to the committee for early decision of his proposal for validation of his tribe certificate, so also seeking a direction for release of salary with effect from February, 2025 which appears to have been stopped. The petitioner cannot have a say in the matter of decision of the scrutiny committee much less for prolonging the matter.

It is unbecoming of an employer to extract work and not to pay the salary for no fault of the employee. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit appropriate application to the committee to decide his proposal within six months.

For a period of six months, Respondents Nos. 3 and 4 shall not terminate the petitioner and shall ensure the release of the salary to which the petitioner is entitled, until the committee decides the proposal.
