A motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 20.03.2025.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that it is a matter of invalidation. By the order of which minutes are to be corrected, the petitioner was held entitled to have a certificate of validity. The petitioner was held entitled to rely upon a certificate of validity issued to his cousin blood relative Swapnil Dattatraya Tumkute in Writ Petition No.11432 of 2023 by the order dated 14.09.2023.

He submits that in the order of scrutiny committee, it was mentioned that a proposal was forwarded to the state
This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // government for preferring a special leave petition to appeal against the judgment of this Court in the matter of Swapnil. He submits that erroneously, in paragraph No.9, it has been declared that the petitioner's validity would be subject to the final outcome of the matters of the validity holders which the committee has decided to re-open. In fact, that should have been subject to the final outcome of the matter of Swapnil.

The learned AGP concedes the position that a proposal for preferring SLP in the matter of Swapnil has been moved to the State Government.

In the light of above, in paragraph No.9 of the order dated 20.03.2025, the last sentence shall be substituted with a following sentence:
"The committee shall issue certificate of validity to the petitioner which shall be subject to the final outcome of Swapnil's matter." 6.
Necessary correction be made in the aforesaid order and the fresh corrected order be uploaded.

Motion is disposed of.
