Nobody present for the petitioner. Seen the order made by this Court on 15.1.2019. Time was sought by the Advocate for petitioner for collecting the information from his client. It appears that the general directions issued by the Deputy Director of Education on 17.1.2014 is challenged. The challenge cannot be considered as the Circular - notice was in respect of compliance of the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and if there is no compliance, action can be definitely taken against the concerned school.
