The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that in view of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors., reported in (2016) 2 SCC 213, second revision is maintainable before the State against the impugned order.

In view of the same, the petitioners seek leave of this Court to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the impugned order before

WP 4399-2018 the appropriate forum.

The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petitions. Liberty is granted to approach the appropriate authority to challenge the impugned order. In the event, the petitioners challenge the impugned order before the appropriate authority, the time spent in present writ petitions in this Court would be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
