Delay of 16 days has occurred in filing the present appeal by the employee against the order passed by the Workmens Compensation Commissioner, Aurangabad, in application for Workmens Compensation No.4/2013. Advocate Mr. Sudhir Vidwans has entered his appearance for respondent No.1 whereas none has appeared for respondent no.2 though he is duly served. When the matter is called for hearing, no one has appeared for respondent no.1. For the reasons stated in the application, which according to me, are just and sufficient, the delay of 16 days caused in filing the present appeal is condoned.
