Considering the challenge to the award passed by the Reference court, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining 25% shall be kept in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and thereafter renew the fixed deposit as per the orders of this Court, from time to time. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
