This petition can be disposed of by directing the Revisional Authority - Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad, before whom the Revision Application tendered by the petitioner is pending, to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today; and it is accordingly directed. The issuance of authorization, in pursuance to the Notification already issued, shall be subject to the outcome of the Revision Application tendered by the petitioner to the Revisional Authority. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
