1] Mr.Gawali, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order is passed by the Municipal Council regularizing the construction of the petitioner and also non-agricultural use of the property Survey No.214/22/2 at Kopergaon. The learned counsel submits that the revenue authorities are not recording the entry to that effect in the relevant revenue record.

2] We have heard learned counsel for the respondent

WP 3461/16 - 2 - no.4 so also the learned AGP for the State.

3] The learned AGP states that to consider the said grievances, the committee has been constituted by the Divisional Commissioner.

4] The petitioner shall file an application with the committee ventilating his grievance about the entry of non-agricultural use not being taken in the revenue record before the committee. On receiving the said application, the committee shall take decision upon the said application within four months and pass appropriate orders and directions to the authorities concerned.
