The Petitioner has tendered a representation to Respondent No.2/ Deputy Collector, Degloor, Taluka Degloor, Dist. Nanded, dated 15/12/2022. According to the Petitioner, his land was acquired for the Zilla Parishad School, and yet, for the last 10 to 15 years, no compensation has been paid. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2 to deal with the representation of the Petitioner, dated 15/12/2023, within a period of 60 days. A response to the representation shall be served upon the Petitioner within a period of 15 days, thereafter. If the
