Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the application and relevant documents produced on record. The matter pertains to cruelty and abetment of the suicide by the deceased-Bhagayshri. The respondents are husband and relatives of deceased Bhagayshri. 2.

The reasons mentioned in the application appears to be just, proper, satisfactory and considerable one for condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of. Delay stands condoned. The registry to take requisite steps for further process.

List the application for leave to present the appeal for hearing on 11th July, 2017.
