The petitioner is seeking benefit of one additional increment earned by him in the last year of the employment just before he was superannuated on 30th June, in the light of Director (Admin. and HR) KPTCL and Ors. Vs. C.P. Mundinamani and Ors. ; 2023 SCC OnLine SC 401.

Petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2025 has been pending with respondent No.6 (Exhibit-C).

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if respondent No.6 is directed to consider the representation.
