In continuation of order dated 07th January, 2021 passed in Civil Application No. 5886 of 2020 and other applications for withdrawal of amount in this appeal, following order is passed :- i) The applicants have been permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the State. The applications have now been moved seeking withdrawal of interest accrued on the said amount for the period from the date of deposit of said amount to the date of actual receipt of the amount.

ii) The applicants be paid interest amount which has been accrued on 75% of the amount in deposit from the period it was deposited to the date the applicants received the amount.
