1] Application for condonation of delay is strongly objected by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 so also by the learned AGP, as delay is not properly explained by the applicants.

2] Having gone through the contents of the application, I am of the opinion that the delay of 451 days in preferring present First Appeal deserves to be condoned. 3] Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to payment of costs of
