At the time when the offence was committed, the applicant was around 18 years of age. He has been convicted and sentenced to suffer R.I. for 10 years. He has been in jail for little over 5 years. In view of the same the application is allowed in terms of the following order :

ORDER

(a) The application is allowed.

(b) Pending the appeal, the execution of substantive sentences of imprisonment imposed upon the applicant by the learned Special Judge/A.S.J. Vaijapur, District Aurangabad in Special (POSCO) Case No. 7 of 2018, by the judgment and order dated 07.07.2022 to stand suspended and the applicant is released on bail, on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
