The original claimants intend to challenge the award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.227 of 2013 dated 06-10-2017. However, there is delay of 52 days. The reasons have been mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 to 4.

Learned Advocate for respondents are opposing on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained. Taking into consideration the duration of delay, so also the fact that the applicants are original claimants, the delay is condoned. 3.

Registry to verify and register the First Appeal and place it for consideration on 24-09-2019.
