We are not inclined to issue any mandatory directions stipulating time to decide Appeal No. 63/2011 filed by the petitioner before the School Tribunal. However, we hope and expect that the concerned Tribunal will expedite hearing of the said appeal and decide the same, if already not decided, expeditiously.
