We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the representation given by the petitioner to consider her services in Class-III from Class-IV category, is not considered from time to time. Recently, the petitioner has also made representations in

In case, the representation (at page No.16 of the petition) given by the petitioner is pending with respondent No.4, then respondent No.4 shall decide the same in accordance with law and after hearing all concerned, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
