The petitioner-management is awaiting decision of respondent no. 4Assistant Commissioner Social Welfare, Jalna, regarding its entitlement for reimbursement of the scholarships in respect of the academic years 20112012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014. 3.

It is being pointed out that some queries were raised by the respondent no. 4 vide a communication dated 09.11.2020 regarding the shortcomings in the proposal. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that after removing the shortcomings clarification was given by a communication dated 10.11.2020 and since then the respondent no. 4 has not taken any final decision.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no. 4 to 1/2

46 WP 3506 24.odt consider the petitioner's proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law and the decisions of the High Courts, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks, by extending an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard.
