In the light of the decision of the Full Bench in the matter of State of Maharashtra vs. Guddu @ Kansha Wahab Shaikh; 2021 (2) Mh.L.J. (Cri.) 345, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to fle a similar petition at the Principal Seat at Mumbai since parole leave has been refused by the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik and the appeal preferred to the appellate authority stationed at Pune has been dismissed and both the places fall under the jurisdiction of the Principal Seat at Mumbai.
