This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on the pending caste verification proposal forwarded to the Committee, expeditiously, and, preferably within a period of one year from today and, it is accordingly directed. 2.

Petitioner claims that he belongs to Rajput Bhamta caste and, a proposal for verification of caste certificate issued in his favour is forwarded to the Committee in the year 2013 and, the same is stated to be pending. Petitioner shall cause appearance before the Committee on 26.10.2015 and, as such, no separate notice requiring his presence before

In the meanwhile, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to permit the petitioner to prosecute further studies and, shall also permit him to appear for the examination and, also declare his result. 4.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of. 5.

Pending civil application, if any, does not survive and stands disposed of.
