The Petitioner is aggrieved by the interim order passed by the Authority dealing with the appeal under Section 39(3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act.

The grievance is that Respondent No.4 has been disqualified as a Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Karkheli, Taluka Dharmabad, District Nanded. While entertaining the appeal preferred by her, an interim order has been passed.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the Honourable Minister would make an endeavour to decide the proceedings within a period of about three months. Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
